Preparation Steps

  1. Cut off the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds and strings.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rice, dried fruits, nuts, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Stuff the pumpkin with the rice mixture and place the pumpkin top back on.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 1.5 hours, or until the pumpkin is tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then serve by cutting it into wedges, ensuring each serving includes both pumpkin and the filling.
